Dark hair with paints - Debbie
Blond hair with scissors - Sandy

Although Innkeeper Debbie Jardine is the Resident Artist, the term artist also applies to her sister Sandy Brine-Svendsen. Just as their personalities are very different, so is the way they look at and work with fabric.

Sandy makes Decorator Bears, Winter Bears, and is responsible for some of the fabulous soft furnishing found throughout the inn. Debbie's obsession with fabric takes her in a different direction with her quilted wall hangings and quilted furniture. She has designed "Up From the Floor" bookshelves and topiaries.  Although she considers herself a quilter foremost, she does love to turn rocks into whimsical rock houses. Winter 2002 she designed a series of quilt shop rocks, combining her two loves, as well as a series of owls, yet another obsession from the number of owls to be found throughout the inn.

All items for sale can be found at the front desk or upstairs "Landing Bowteek" in the main house and purchases can be made at any time. All items are tax free and make a the perfect "Just Because" gift.

Meet the newest  addition to the family, Toby, who joined us September 3, 2005.

We lost our beloved Grffinn in February and were waiting for the right time to get another cat.

He's a lovely little boy, fits right at home with the guests and of course,

MUST  do office work every day.
