is what's on offer. In addition guests help themselves,

buffet style in the kitchen to a hot breakfast dish:

quiche, scrambled eggs, omelets,

Guests get to know one another at breakfast round this farmhouse table in the dining room Located in the centre of the house, this bright sunny room is decorated with fine china, crystal chandelier, and original quilted wall hanging.

Located at the rear of the building, The Vines Breakfast Room offers an unobstructed view of the harbour and manicured lawns.

Guest can access this room via outside staircase or walk through the front door and through the kitchen... really, it's OK!!
